The Complete Streets Policy adopted by the City of La Verne required an annual report outlining La Verne’s progress in adopting Complete Streets. The first report (2018) was provided to the City Council and accepted in the Feb 4, 2019 city council meeting. The report can be found here: 2018 Complete Streets Report

While the contents do not demonstrate dramatic improvement, there are a few and the report itself is a first step, as there has not previously been a document focused solely on Complete Streets prior to 2018. 2019 promises to show much greater improvement with bicycling / walking improvements planned, adoption of an Active Transportation Plan, and implementation of a committee focused and improving mobility and Complete Streets.
