Complete Streets Policy
In November, 2017 La Verne took the step of adopting a Complete Streets Policy. This policy is a significant step forward for Active Transportation, and outlines an approach and set of priorities that is very different than the past / current state. The policy also requires annual reporting to the City Council on the progress made each year. You can find the policy here: LV Complete Streets Policy

Municipal Code for Bicycles
La Verne has an entire section of the Municipal Code pertaining to bicycles. This covers items such as licensing, use of bike lanes, other rules. Much of the code is no longer enforced, but the codes remain on the books. The code can be found here: Chapter 10.56 Bicycles
